proof that "vegan" does not equal "healthy"

We made some Whoopie pies for St. Patrick's Day recently ...

They were super yummy.

They were also vegan.

But, no ... vegan does not necessarily mean healthy.

    You are so right but those sure look good. I eat vegan and keep it healthy except for big get together's and this would be perfect.hah.ah.ah.aah..ah
